Alycia Gay is the Director of Operations at the Katal Center for Equity, Health, and Justice. Alycia began her journey with Katal four years ago as an apprentice organizer, spending time in the organization’s organizing efforts and later stepping into the role of BLOC program coordinator before transitioning into operations. Her experience across Katal’s programs has deepened her commitment to advancing equity, health, and justice, and has shaped her holistic approach to operational leadership.
